Our Services

Process Safety Management
Process Safety Management (PSM) is a systematic approach to preventing accidents and hazardous releases of chemicals or energy in industrial operations. It focuses on the safe design, operation, maintenance, and management of processes involving hazardous materials to protect people, the environment, and assets.

HAZOP-HAZID Studies
HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) Study and HAZID (Hazard Identification) are structured, systematic techniques used to identify potential hazards and operational issues in industrial processes. HAZOP focuses on analyzing deviations in process design that could lead to unsafe conditions or inefficiencies. HAZID is used to identify broader safety risks in a project or facility, especially during early design or planning stages. These studies help organizations proactively manage risks, improve safety, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

LOPA Methodology
LOPA (Layer of Protection Analysis) is a semi-quantitative risk assessment method used to evaluate the effectiveness of safety measures (or "layers of protection") in preventing accidents. It helps determine whether existing safeguards are sufficient to reduce the risk of hazardous events to an acceptable level. By analyzing potential causes, consequences, and the likelihood of failure, LOPA provides a clear basis for making informed safety decisions and optimizing risk management.

Mechanical Integrity
Mechanical Integrity refers to the disciplined process of ensuring that equipment and systems critical to safety—such as pressure vessels, piping, valves, and control systems—are properly designed, installed, operated, and maintained to prevent failures. It involves regular inspections, testing, preventive maintenance, and quality assurance to ensure the continued safe and reliable performance of physical assets in industrial environments.

14 Elements Process Safety Management (PSM)
Process Safety Management is built on 14 core elements that work together. While it's critical to apply interrelated approaches to managing hazards to prevent the release of highly hazardous chemicals, translating Process Safety Management intent into operational practice is no easy feat.
